The layout allowed for easy access to various amenities. I found the buggy service efficient, helpful given the resort's size. The staff members were lovely, especially Moli, Alumita, Percy, John, and Waqa. They greatly improved my stay. The adults-only section, with its pool and Koro restaurant, was a definite highlight.

The service was inconsistent. I found that bath soap and shower gel ran out for two days before it was replaced. THIS is unacceptable for a resort of this supposed caliber.

They handled requests quickly. i found the daily room cleaning very thorough, with a lovely chocolate left on my pillow each day. i also appreciated the convenient bula express rides running throughout the resort all day.. it made getting around so simple. the variety of pools ensured there was always a perfect spot to relax.
